It’s usually a teppan style grill. A stainless steel plate over gas burners.
I guess you’re technically correct, as you never said deep-fry. But for some reason I immediately thought you meant people would submerge the sausages into boiling fat.

I’d call it grilling to be honest. It kinda looks like a teppanyaki, which is a form of grill.
All fucking Döner taste the same. Anyone who claims to know the best Döner in town is full of shit. It’s garbage meat that is lathered in copious amounts of spices. It all tastes the same.
I absolutely agree with the latter two options. I’ve also always preferred a Pita over a Döner. Either one of those is only acceptable when drunk however.
When talking about fast food, frying usually refers to deep frying. I wanted to throw nasty words at you because obviously Currywurst isn’t deep fried.
Banh Mi is also way better than shitty Döner.
Odo is quite literally gender-fluid.
Don’t worry, got plenty of good Trek to (re)watch.
Sounds a bit like Gavin fucking Nelson.
It may be canon, doesn’t make it good though. What an awful series.
Yeah, in hindsight that was some unfortunate wording Ü
Tell that to the vast majority of Germans. They’d rather throw their relatives into the furnace for heating than buying a heat pump. That’s all thanks to far right populism by the way.
Inward opening windows are the standard in Germany and nearly everyone just buys a cheap bug-screen set that you can simply wedge into the window frame. They cost like 20€ a pop. There are all kinds of solutions for this.
Shit insulation is actually more of a pro argument for AC. I mean, the houses in the USA are made out of cardboard and gipsum. They dont insulate a thing. My house has great insulation. In summer I just keep the windows closed and roll down the shutters during daytime and it’s freezing cold inside. At night we get cool wind from either the North or Baltic sea, we then open up the windows to freshen the air up a bit.
Back in the 90s when I lived in Amsterdam, I also saw svp (which is actually French) used often instead of aub. I never understood why though.
Also, ff wachten for example. ff is short for effe, or rather “even”. Just wanted to throw that one into the mix.
Edit: alstublieft is also a short version of “als het uw blieft”
Man, that sucks. But also kind of explains your mindset regarding this.
This is unfortunately true. We have the same shit in Germany. The Nazis are uniting while the left fight each other because one doesn’t support lgbtq+ enough, the other group forgot to gender correctly, other hardliners won’t go to pro-democracy protests because CDU voters are amongst them. It’s pathetic. We need a strong and united front against the far right. Not this hissy bullshit.
Well that’s unfair, all you have to do is take a corkscrew to the floor and stick a pipe in it!
But we don’t really have it now, which is the main problem. In the time it takes to build these things (also for the money it takes), we could plaster everything full with renewables and come up with a decentralized storage solution. Plus, being dependent on Kazachstan for fissile material seems very… stupid?
Languages are weird, to be honest. In German we call a teppanyaki “Teppangrill”.
