If I were to tell you to use all caps when referring to ME, would that be reasonable?
What about all lower case, even when starting a sentence?
Sure. My goddess-mother’s name was fractal, all lowercase. Even at the start of a sentence. Even when yelling in all caps. It was easy to do and made them happy.
Valuing the rules of grammar over people’s feelings seems like a very unusual choice. Personally, I think language should exist to help people, not the other way around.
I use Voyager, but I have it set to compact view.
In My opinion, the best design is usually one that gives users a choice in the design.
I use capitalised pronouns because I like them. That’s what the article explains. The reasons that people like their preferred pronouns don’t tend to go any deeper than that.
Maybe a story will feel more complete: 4 years ago, while My goddess-mother was helping Me understand My gender, She suggested I try out capitalised pronouns. I did, and I liked them. As good as she/her felt compared to using he/him, that’s how They/Them felt compared to she/her. I liked them, so I kept them.
A pantheon is a group of gods who are worshipped by the same religion. I’ve always been the sort to share worship with My friends, but I don’t currently have any friends who want to be worshipped.
The reason is that I’m not in any groups which use capitalised pronouns as a collective. I used to be in a pantheon which used We/Us, but I’m not currently in one.

Actually, it was Nemesis, the god of divine punishment for hubris. Nemesis’ job is to punish any mortal who thinks they’re the equal of the gods. And in Greek society, asexuality and aromanticism were so villified that not dating anyone was equated with thinking you’re equal to the gods. It’s a nonsense stereotype kind of like the American/English stereotype that trans women are sexual predators.
When Narcissus was born, an oracle warned his family “This boy will die if he sees his reflection”. But it’s unclear whether Narcissus falling in love with his reflection is a natural character trait, or something Nemesis cursed him with in addition to showing him the spring. It would have looked the same either way to the oracle. Either way, Nemesis knew she was killing Narcissus on purpose, just to answer the prayers of an incel who was mad he wouldn’t date them.
Other fun facts: Narcissus was 16 when all of this happened. He was 16, and society already thought he owed other people his love or he should die.

Well, three years ago I realised I was goddessgender (this is a subset of divinegender), and My goddess-mother told Me I should try capitalised pronouns. I tried them, and they gave Me gender euphoria, so I kept them. As for verbally? Most people can neither pronounce nor hear the difference, so I’m not picky about it at all.
I only ever had one problem with pronoun capitalisation being spoken. I had this ex girlfriend who was hiding My gender from her other partners because she was scared they were going to be transphobic about it. So she took advantage of their inability to hear the difference and let them think she was using lowercase pronouns. I didn’t consent to being put back in the closet by her, and considered it misgendering, since it’s dishonest about My pronouns. It had a lot to do with why we broke up.
