I had to use Windows 10 in my last job. First thing I did was to install classic shell and start menu and Linux subsystem (wsl). And I always went through Windows services to disable what I don’t need. I guess I’d do the same on Windows 11.

When you see something that brings back nostalgic feelings, you don’t want to get rid of it. But in the end, if you haven’t touched it in 20 years and it’s just taking up space, you’re not gonna miss it when it’s gone. Get money for it if you can, donate it, or throw it away. I never regretted getting rid of stuff I forgot I even had.

It’s nice it has a VPN for when you need it. I rarely use a VPN so you don’t need to install one seperately. But yeah the adblocker isn’t great. I wouldn’t use it as a main browser but it’s good for when you need a Chrome browser. Not sure what you mean it’s got unnecessary control, more control is better.

That applies to food and liquids, not specifically liquids. The German version does seem to apply to liquids only though.

Common symbols like a star mean good luck? Otherwise I don’t see a connection.

Folders for different genres, then subfolders for year. Not every song fits neatly in a specific genre and the year can be hard to get right.

It’s tedious. I should probably correct the id3 tags and throw them all in one folder.

Files are neatly named as artist - song name with proper capitalization etc.

My salary minus rent and cost of living leaves me with about 5 eur/hour. Fast food that costs me 2+ hours? No thanks.
