4 months agoIt’s the same here as well. I don’t have an issue with it. If stuff starts popping off, I at least want my students to be able to tell their loved ones some last words before being gunned down.
What I don’t want is them being on a screen in my class. They struggle to think without being told something by AI or whatever.
“Mister, can I search up what a dog looks like?” Bro you live in the city, you’ve seen dogs.
Shouldn’t really be an issue. Especially amongst artists.
Sauce: am an artist. Have no issue with neuro spicy, I just need preferences on how you want to communicate/ask for requests, etc.
Stepson is on the spectrum, he hates when i ask him to take care of something and phrase it as a request as opposed to a command, so “little AngelFangs, you wanna load the dishwasher?” is out, while “yo, little AngelFangs, load the dishwasher, please.” Is what he prefers.
While it’s a challenge to help him move through a neuro-typical world without his autism contributing to a short circuit of behavior and action, I’m super proud of him. He doesn’t tolerate injustice, is caring and interested in the people he cares about, plays a mean violin and guitar, and is growing into a decent, well educated and morally sound dude.
