Please, explain what country with 300 million people, from all different types of backgrounds, cultures, and ethnicity, is doing it “the right way?” I mean, people love to say the US isn’t this or that, yet, there’s not a single country on Earth that is unique like the United States.

Yeah, maybe where YOU live that is the case but in many / most other places what I wrote is reasonably correct… I’m guessing in areas of the world where apartheid was actively enforced and sometimes went even further (Jim Crow laws etc.) there’s bound to be a giant swing back the other way. Eventually a more natural balance will hopefully prevail.
