Nintendo seems to have some sense of quality standards, their licensed LEGO sets have an unusually high amount of prints.
This is not common. Hell, LEGO even put dozens of stickers in the 1000$ death star. If the marketing picture has stickers, the set will have stickers. The only question is: how many?

It could be, but the gameboy mostly used printed elements so I’d wait to see some confirmation before assuming stickers
