I really want to just like scream at the dining director of the place I work at and just be like “How can you not even see the callousness and monstrosity of your decision to stop people taking home containers of food, costing you nothing in the process, in the light of everything else that is going on, and how can you not see the extremity of the cowardice it takes to hide behind “well, but it’s corporate policy”” but like I’ll just be seen as a nutjob for giving such a shit, caring about it, and being able to articulate his actions for what they are, a theft from each and every one of his workers
