In Gaza, Suleiman and his family live inside a tiny, worn-out tent that can barely fit them.

It doesn’t protect them from the scorching heat of summer nor the freezing cold and rain of winter.

Suleiman lives with his mother and younger siblings, after their small home was destroyed in the war.

It was a humble house, but it was full of love, warmth, and laughter.

Now, it’s nothing but rubble and painful memories.

During the day, the sun burns their tent until the air inside feels like fire.

At night, the cold wind and rain find their way through the torn fabric, soaking everything inside.

Insects crawl everywhere, the air is thick with dust,

and yet—they have nowhere else to go.

Suleiman says quietly:

“People say the war is over… but for us, it’s still here. Even water has become too expensive. Life costs more than we can handle.”

Still, his family refuses to give up hope.

Suleiman dreams of rebuilding their small home,

a place with walls to keep his mother safe,

and a roof to shield his siblings from the rain.

A home that gives them back their dignity—and a bit of peace.

🕊️ Help Suleiman and his family rebuild their home and their hope.
