Tbh if that’s the only value-add that windows can come up with compared to linux gaming in the long run… that’s a great argument for boycotting the games that insist on using that shit - or at least, insist on using insecure / shitty anticheat that’s incompatible with Linux, and/or requires comically and inappropriately broad permissions
