    In recent weeks, the U.S. military struck at least three boats from Venezuela allegedly carrying narco-traffickers and drugs … The administration has not provided evidence that drugs were on all of those boats. But an official in the Dominican Republic, alongside one from the U.S. Embassy there, did say at a press conference Sunday that drugs were found in the water after one strike.

    That’s not evidence, and even if one of the boats was carrying dope this is still using military force to carry out summary murder.
