The two-phase transition from iDEAL to Wero will start next year and last until the end of 2027.

So, iDeal was not…ideal.
Well it was. It’s pretty uncanny that we’ve got that for all but two decades and there has been no further EU implementation.
Awesome. It would open up the European payment systems a bit more until the digital Euro arrives.
