What’s hilarious about this is that the road outside my place is in fact under construction right now and is not easily accessible by foot, it’s an extra ten minute walk to the next bus-stop and busses have been behind by half an hour to an hour as a result of the poor timing. No, people do not in fact have three hours in a day that they just choose to not use.
