Yeah, Luigi (who, I might add, is innocent.) was close enough to actual left wing terror that they pissed themselves when he proved popular. Any sort of regular stochastic or organised violence from the left would be devastating for them. They won’t be able to contain it like they did the Weathermen, they don’t have the state capacity anymore for COINTELPRO tactics.
