Qualcomm announced the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 that will power the next-generation of Android phones with a big on-device generative AI focus.

The battery optimisation and app prediction (loading apps into memory so they start faster).

Charging optimisation on some phones.

And maybe other things. Can depend on the brand, software and used apps.
