Even then, 30 minutes of daylight every day five days a week in the best case scenario is NOT a lot, especially when it’s cloudy for weeks on end so saying “daylight” is already kind of stretching it.
I also used to be an office worker and lunchtime is for you and you only. If what you need is to sit alone with a podcast and decompress, people need to be respectful of that. People are usually more understanding than they’re given credit for.
