Didn’t they technically just bomb their proxies in Syria, or am I misremembering?
An attack on forces operating in another country is not considered an attack on the country, otherwise NATO would have been at war for most of its existence due to the US constant global conflicts.
Of course, I didn’t mean that but there is some indirect conflict already.
