Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced in a statement Tuesday that 22 projects, totaling $500 million, to develop vaccines using mRNA technology will be halted.
“I don’t think I’ve seen a more dangerous decision in public health in my 50 years in the business,” said Mike Osterholm, a University of Minnesota expert on infectious diseases and pandemic preparations.
Don’t interrupt your enemy when they are making a mistake. If the US wants to hand the technological and scientific lead to China on a platter, let them.
The US is already making tons of mistakes. I’m worried about RFK Jr because he’s probably responsible and/or will be responsible for doing the most destruction and social murder against the working class here. I really don’t want children, the disabled, and the poor to be genocided here. China is already doing fine with being in or reaching towards the scientific lead even if we didn’t have RFK Jr.
We need the working class here to stay alive, gain power, and to be able to take action against the US when it finally comes time when the insane warlords here decide to nuke the planet to maintain their hegemony. I don’t see any way for the working class here to be able to stop the US until we gain political power and the organization to have the ability to shut this country down.
