If Aliens came to Earth, would we not have as much of a language chellenge as they would do with us? Also like in Mars Attacks how would we know that we aren't saying lets go to War?

Eh. The motivations of the people in charge of humanity would be resources or xenophobia.

We can’t even get along with other humans well enough to learn from them properly.
