If you haven’t played this game, check it out (at least the story) - it’s become one of my favorite rpgs.
Good changes. I definitely abused Lune’s Thermal Transfer bug during early/mid game, so I’m sad to see it go. I probably wouldn’t have enjoyed playing her as much without all the extra AP generation.
Was Thermal Transfer always granting an extra turn? I remember being confused by it because it felt inconsistent and didn’t seem to match the wording. Maybe I just wasn’t paying super close attention.
I think I was mostly using her to set fires to the up Miele to get back into that 200% damage stance.
I did not expect to be moved by the story though.
Tap for spoiler
It made the final choice have some serious weight. I chose to let what’s his face rest. I couldn’t bring myself to reload and choose the other option.
Yeah as long as the target had burn, you were getting the extra turn. Someone said it only worked if the whole party was up, which may be why it didn’t work every time.
And agreed about the ending - I had to put the controller down and think things through because my heart was torn.
Ah shit I was really hoping that was a documentation issue, not an implementation bug. Deep down I knew the truth. Autoplay Dialogue will soothe that pain though. I’m going through my first playthrough and having to manual “Next” all the dialogue is a bummer.
