That makes me really angry and sad… I knew there is a lot of abuse and trafficking happening in the adult material industry, but this is my first time reading about it. Thanks for brining this to my attention.
In my opinion, a thought provoking primer on the state of the industry is PhilosophyTube’s “Sex Work”. Abagail’s work in making the topic entertaining makes it a great introduction, but that doesn’t prevent her from diving into some fairly deep and nuanced subject matter.
(It’s worth noting, she’s male-presenting in this piece as it was released before her public transition, not that it matters one whit for the context of the video. She looked incredible then and incredible now.)
