I had an apartment complex boot an old truck of mine because I let the registration expire on since I was about to trade it in for a new(er) car. I simply deflated the tire enough to wiggle it free and threw it in a bush, then I pumped the tire back up and drove it to a Walmart parking lot for a couple of days.
