I hope everyone here is aware that fascism has now taken hold in America and never before in the history of mankind has fascism stepped down when politely asked to do so.
It has always required force.
If there is some god… I hope hell is a place reserved for this people…
before their own painfull death… I hope they suffer, they have to watch all their beloved people, siblings and offspring die horrible painfull deaths and everyone they hold dear suffer, suffer and suffer… until they die as the oldest humans in ages, bound in a catatonic state for decades and I will gleefully keep the machines running that keep them alive!
And people wonder why I despise all religious institutions, no matter the flavour of their business selling people an empty shell they named hope.
Stopping these terrorists with force is a moral necessity if no other way exists.
no other way does exist. Those no kings protests were nice and all but what exactly even remotely, slightly, changed? nothing. they trucked ahead like they will continue to do.
Democrat politicians will continue to chirp on twitter and make awesome tiktok vids but that’s all it is at the end of the day, talk. I can only watch so many committee hearings and just know “why am I wasting my time watching this? it’s just a dog and pony show and nothing will come of it.”
Look I admire AOC and Bernie and the rest of them but peaceful protesting is just going to paint a target on their backs for when they come for them and make no mistake, they will.
I just think Americans should “make it harder” for when the nazi’s eventually do come knocking.
I don’t disagree entirely, but I think we’re just slightly off here. Part of the momentum behind Mamdani’s primary win in NY is the foundational movement building that Bernie and AOC have been doing for years, and particularly with the fight oligarchy tour. This is not nothing; NY mayor is one of the most important positions we could capture, even if it’s not radical.
I agree that we don’t have time for these mainstream do-nothing Democratic politicians like Cory Booker, Hakim Jeffries, and Chuck Schumer. Fuck em. But if we organize and fight, we can make electoral strategy a key part of our agenda and actually win. Elections are not the only space where we can fight and win too!
Let’s not be overly optimistic OR pessimistic at this point. We’re getting close, but we’re not there yet. I think we can still turn this around without organizing militias, even though it absolutely constitutes legitimate self defense at this point.
I’m not looking forward to them knocking on my door, but I am prepared.
