At Anime Expo in Los Angeles over the weekend, Netflix revealed that its anime viewership has tripled over the past five years, while sharing new looks at 'Sakamoto Days,' 'Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2,' 'My Melody & Kuromi,' and other anticipated titles.

Yup.
Makes sense people watch em. Netflix isn’t the one making them (sometimes funding them, yes) so there’s an actual chance at future seasons and an actual ending with closure.
