It’s mind-boggling that with a tiny handful of exceptions, NYC encourages car traffic on basically every single street (to the detriment of everyone). Long past time to learn from other countries that actually understand city planning, and start fully pedestrianizing and re-landscaping some double-digit percentage of all Manhattan streets
