As someone on SSDi…I’m quite terrified. I’m also on Medicaid and in HUD housing. What will happen if I don’t get paid and Medicaid and HUD decide to drop me because of it?
If the only effect is I don’t get paid, I’ll be ok because I still have a little of the backpay that I got saved up. It’s the possible fallout that Is stressing me out because right now I’m 100% reliant on the federal government and SSDi is tied into all of it.
