    This is a weird, colorbent Chandra, Torch of Defiance. As a 3 drop, it looks interesting though. It can’t kill creatures like the original, but stunning a creature in blue is still useful. Then with ramp and surveil, it could be nice to keep sitting in play.

    Realistically, I see this mostly as a mana rock with some other abilities you can use if you don’t need the mana.

      Surveil digs planeswalkers to your hand. This is good for commander superfriends. Strong ultimate is also there.

      What bothers me is ftw is going on lore wise. Chandra, in blue? :|
