Just so tired all the time, can’t concentrate, can’t sleep, forgetful, irritable and sour all the time… Sometimes I feel like a shell of who I used to be.
Still posting tho
Here’s a thread on some possible treatment that some people found helpful for clearing covid from their bodies

I’ve also seen a mycologist online talking about licorice root tea, natto and wood ear mushrooms being potentially helpful. The latter two help prevent blood clotting which covid causes and the some studies have shown glycyrrhizin helps prevent covid replication and you can get that from licorice root year, 40g dried made into a tea drank over the course of the day
hahaha
me too mate.it’s been a long slog since '20 but I’ve reached ‘this is me now’ acceptance. brisk exercise helps clear the fog and anxiety some
I feel this. Not sure if it’s covid or trump 2 tbh.
It’s so bad now. The US is beyond cooked. Inflation is eating us alive. My savings are gone. Every time I read the news it’s another outrage. And work is at a fever pitch.
It’s all too much to take
My dad was unsafe during the pandemic and I’ve had Covid 3 times, I feel you. I’m always super tired, I’m more aggressive, way more withdrawn, ditzy and forgetful, it really sucks because it was totally out of my control and the fault of a family member I trusted. At least I’d already had most of those problems from adhd

Have you been megadosing zinc? The COVID brain fog happens because the white blood cells that normally clean up the brain get reassigned to the blood brain barrier to fight off infections. Supplementing zinc, vit d, magnesium, etc is very important.
A lot of weird herbals are actually pretty good for this too. Like elderberry extract or this premade stack https://nootropicsdepot.com/immune-defense-capsules/

same
oh i thought this was just depression lmao
I have similar stuff from MS. Idk how much it can help but the biggest thing I did to improve my situation was just accept that I have bad days, and in general can’t do as much. Once I started giving myself grace over it my mood improved and I found ways around it. I still have bad days and I still can’t do as much but I can do more things than before. I went from a fat, lazy, depressed sack to working out and learning guitar.
If you can still connect the dots enough to admit it’s from covid, then you’re doing better than 99% of us.
That darn A Virus strikes again.
Drink water. 2.5 liters or more a day. Dehydration worsens most symptoms and slows post-covid recovery.
I know what you mean.

Hope the damage is more temporary than not
