All the professors like Gerald Horne, Michael Hudson, Jason Hickel, Andreas Malm, Angela Davis, Norm Finkelstein, David Harvey, etc are hired by universities to teach courses. They might skirt around Lenin, Ho Chi Minh, Mao, and other leaders that directly put the theory into practice, maybe on a bad day they teach the Frankfurt School thinkers as an alternative to Eastern Marxism, but usually they do literally get hired to teach a course on Marx or history from a Marxist lens.

From a cursory web search there are a few classes around the US in schools like Yale/stanford/berkeley/UW/university of utah! But I doubt you could get a degree anywhere

Maybe at one of the schools like Harvard where you are allowed to create your own major, if you took enough humanities/philosophy courses (from my understanding they often teach the Marxist framework of a subject alongside others)
