They ended up poisoning all of California after some billionaire suggested two birds with one stone: fracking with nukes. 35% of the country’s population died of radiation exposure in their drinking water. The democrats made a catchy tune against it, but it turns out the composer ripped the melody straight off Wagner.

33 years of technology has advanced since last testing they honestly must have really shit data on it by now. I don’t think this is a Trump thing, I think the US just knows it’s seriously fucking behind.

Do any of the people that were alive for the last tests even work in the government or defence industries anymore? Doubt it. The skills and experiences of the people that were last involved are long gone. They might have simulations but they lack real tangible experience.

The world is going multipolar, this means multiple threats and a need for deterrence. This means demonstrating you have a working one in the first place, and it also means testing in order to see how you would defend against and fight a nuclear war in a multipolar world.

I think this would’ve been ordered by a dem president too under the circumstances with Ukraine going badly and the US showing no signs of being able to confront China. The dem president would’ve done it quietly though while Trump sees the opportunity to please the hogs by being loud and oafish about it.

Reestablishment of these tests is a sign the US very much recognises its power is weakening.

Turns out not wanting to invest in education or training or passing skills down to the next generations leaves your country behind the ones that do. Oopsie poopsie.

They started to retire Minutement ICBM when their replacement is nowhere in sight, which means they are probably literally crumbling. Air force recently masturbated itself about their “new generation” nuclear gravity bomb which is basically 1945 nuclear bomb but stronger. Navy is in shambles. Trump lie about their nuclear arsenal being refurbished.

Going after the disarmament movement is like the flag burning thing. It’s crumbs for the oldheads to get them focused on something else. Now you’re going to see a lot of social media chuds become experts on why setting off nukes constantly is cool and good despite them not giving a fuck 10 mins ago. Plus, they get to do more contracting graft.

Step 1: fire the competent nuclear scientists under DOGE cuts

Step 2: fire up some nuclear testing

    Step 3: ???

Trump hears the call of the grave, he sees the reaper in the corner of his eyes and he wants to drag as many people down with him as possible so he does not cross the Styx alone.

He’s understandably trying to figure out what he wants to show in the ballroom on opening night (in my mind he’s adding an IMAX screen because that’s what I’d do…the Presidential IMAX screen in the Presidential Ballroom…fuck the Halloween trick-or-treat candy thing on the front lawn, bring your children into the ballroom on Halloween and we’ll show them the 2001 Phantom of the Opera film on IMAX but have it dubbed over live sorry Gerard Butler)

Trump learned about carbon dating and wants to set a new atmospheric caesium milestone for everyone to compare to

trump-drenched They called it radiocarbon date-ing, I said, I don’t know what that means why don’t we call it Trump Dating. Melania doesn’t like me to talk about that very much!

This might sound like a lib take, but I suspect he might be feeling jealousy of Kim Jong Un. A reporter mentioned North Korea’s missile tests yesterday. For over a week, Trump teased the idea that he would meet with Kim during his Asia trip this week. Earlier today, Trump said that plans to meet with Kim had been canceled due to scheduling. I suspect that Kim rejected Trump’s offer to meet. Trump also announced today that the US would be building a nuclear-powered submarine for South Korea.

It is my understanding that Kim Jong Un liked Trump as a friend but also knows that Trump has a policy of aggression towards DPRK. Trump is a fake friend to Kim basically. In a press release from Kim Yo Jong, she suggested that Trump was trying to be Kim’s friend only to trick DPRK into denuclearization.

July 2024 News commentary article from KCNA in DPRK.

It is true that Trump, when he was president, tried to reflect the special personal relations between the heads of states in the relations between states, but he did not bring about any substantial positive change.

He that puts on a public gown must put off a private person. The foreign policy of a state and personal feelings must be strictly distinguished.

July 2025 Press release by Kim Yo Jong, Vice Department Director of C.C., WPK (who is also Kim Jong Un’s sister)

I do not want to deny the fact that the personal relationship between the head of our state and the present U.S. president is not bad.

However, if the personal relations between the top leaders of the DPRK and the U.S. are to serve the purpose of denuclearization, it can be interpreted as nothing but a mockery of the other party.

Here’s the clip where Trump is asked about DPRK’s recent missile tests. Western media has reported a claim the DPRK chose to fire the missiles around the same time that Trump’s plane landed. I’m doubting this claim, DPRK did perform missiles but I’m doubting the relation with the plane landing, though DPRK does typically performing missile tests in response to South Korea military drills.

Trump tells the reporter “he’s been launching missiles for decades”. Then teases that idea of meeting with Kim soon. Trump later said that the meeting is canceled.

They’ve been—he’s been launching missiles for decades

Small insight here into Trump being quite aware of language use. He knows it’s “they” but corrects to “he” for the media presentation of DPRK as a complete dictatorship under the supreme command of Kim. He understands this is incorrect and defaults to the correct usage before changing it for the media.

feeling jealousy of Kim Jong Un

Kim: “We now have missiles able to deliver nuclear payload to Unites States”

Trump: “Big Deal! We also have missiles able to deliver nuclear payload to Unites States!”

  • Are we at least not doing above-ground testing and burying it to minimize the contamination of various elements which taint scientific study for no good reason? Or are we back to big spectacular above-ground, air-burst or at sea-level type testing because it looks cooler. Oh who am I kidding, Trump will want it above-ground and probably in the Pacific or something to saber rattle at China with and will say it was the biggest and bestest nukulur explosion ever.
