It’s pretty interesting to me that a Republican president is spending his honeymoon period dramatically raising taxes, but media doesn’t frame it that way.
It’s almost like a regressive tax that will primarily hurt the lower classes is 100% aligned with the capitalist class’s interests and the media is spineless.

There are plenty of brand name drugs that are extremely useful and common. Eliquis, Xarelto, Jardiance, Januvia, all of the GLP-1s. That’s just off the top of my head. This has the potential to explode drug prices for seniors, diabetics, people at risk for strokes and heart attacks, etc.
I do not think brand name drugs should even exist but that is the reality of it.
