    The revised legislation introduces prison sentences of up to five years for anyone who “establishes, supports or promotes Nazi, communist, or other movements which demonstrably aim to suppress human rights and freedoms or incite racial, ethnic, national, religious or class-based hatred.”

    Hahaha hating billionaires is now equivalent to racism.

      Being part of the Eastern bloc really did a number on some people. Having grown up in one of those countries, it’s wild how little idea the anti-communists there have about how their country used to work or even what communism or socialism are. For many that I know, communism is when you can’t buy The Beatles albums. The vanguard parties dropped the ball educting people intentionally or unintentionally.

    Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union

    Article 11
    Freedom of expression and information

    1. Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers.
    2. The freedom and pluralism of the media shall be respected.

    Article 21
    Non-discrimination

    1. Any discrimination based on any ground such as sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation shall be prohibited.
    2. Within the scope of application of the Treaties and without prejudice to any of their specific provisions, any discrimination on grounds of nationality shall be prohibited.
