“Any country aligning themselves with the Anti-American policies of BRICS, will be charged an ADDITIONAL 10% tariff. There will be no exceptions to this policy,” Trump wrote on social media.

    Based on the reports from the earlier negotiations and the way he’s talked about how other countries are given a great honor to sell their goods in the US, I assume he wants other countries to come before him and kneel.
